UPDATE REGISTRATION

 
The Update Registration page is used only to change the registration details or the address of the Current Owner of a registered animal, NOT to change the registered owner of the animal.
To change ownership or details please visit the Download Forms page and print the Change of Ownership/Address Form.
Mail the completed form and payment to the address above. A $7 processing fee will apply for any manual updates.

Please Note: All change of ownership forms must include the previous owner and new owner’s signatures. If you are unable to obtain the previous owners signature you will require a statutory declaration.
